Hopefully a couple of neurons will fire off soon and generate something useful, or useless, I don’t really mind!

It occurs to me that with the explosion of ‘interconnectedness’ brought about by social networks and the internet in general that it is we, the human race that are becoming the ‘computer’. I wonder how long it will be before our own interactions create it’s own sense of ‘awareness’.

When one party dominates the political system at least stuff gets done and laws get passed. You might not like the party or the laws they pass but you can always vote them out the next time around.

Great things are achieved from a position of power. Negotiation implies compromise and that means everyone will be equally unhappy with the outcome, ultimately resulting in further confrontation.
